Powders and Granules
We offer dry filling of powders and granules from 2 grams to 5 kilograms:
- Dry container filling
- Weighing and Bagging
- Filling by volume or weight
- Bulk bagging and stitching
- Batch date and coding
Typical products include laundry powder, dishwashing detergent, hair powders, concrete oxide, santisers, carpet fresheners, wettable powders, litter fresheners, concrete cleaner and more.
Our range of auger fillers combined with linear weigh head fillers allows dosing of free flowing and non free flowing powders and granules quickly and accurately.
Radical Products’ powder blending systems are capable of producing consistent quality bulk mixes, ranging from trial batches to continual batch processing.
Liquids
With extensive experience with liquid filling, we can fill products with a wide range of viscosities from free flowing liquids to thick pastes and creams. We offer specialist capability in filling products with delicate micro-spheres.
High accuracy filling is maintained with a range of automatic and semi-automatic filling machinery. Accurate torque is applied on bottle caps, trigger sprays and pumps to ensure liquid retention using automatic capping machines.
Propeller mixers are available for liquid mixing. Batch and date coding is available.
Our single head and multi-head filling machines have the capability to fill:
