As well as manufacturing stock plastic bottles and packaging, we also specialise in manufacturing custom made products to your specific requirements.
We offer blow moulding, injection moulding and PET stretching with a minimum run size of 5,000 units.
We supply containers and closures in most thermoplastics including: HDPE (high density polyethylene; LDPE (low density polyethylene) and PET (polyethylene terephthalate).
Our specialist equipment can mould bottles from 8 millilitres to 1 litre, as well as a wide range of other plastic items of many shapes.
Flexibility of shape and colour
We manufacture with clear, natural, white, black, red, blues, greens, yellows, oranges, pinks, purples, pearls, metallics and glow-in-the-dark pigments. Customer-specific colours are also possible.
Do you need tooling made? We have close working relationships with a number of high quality mould manufacturer both within Australia and overseas. We are happy to assist customers with a new mould, made to their specifications.
With our end-to-end packaging capabilities, all your packaging needs can be met in one place. A printing service is available for the decoration of bottles. Label application and filling are available in house.
